David Burke grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida. As a native, David knows what Florida living is all about. Before real estate, David owned his own neuromuscular therapy business in St Pete.
Burke moved to Naples in 1997, where he began his career in real estate with Greg Gorman and The Team Paradise™ as a partner. He understands the value of a home purchase as a primary residence, vacation, or investment. In 2005, David was invited to join the teaching cadre of Star Power Systems, Inc. As one of the Buyer Specialization University instructors, David helps attendees gain knowledge in Understanding Behavioral Styles; Voice and Listening Skills; Closing; Prospecting; The Initial Counseling Session, Selling vs. Showing; Answering Objections, and Negotiating the Counter-Offer/Acceptance.
David enjoys scuba diving, roller-blading, pickleball, tennis, and golf when not working.
